Create accreditation and enrolment

Once youโ€™ve chosen which client you wish to work with, there are client-specific videos to show the full process of completing accreditations and enrolments

New accreditation

To create a new accreditation, follow these steps:

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: You don't need to complete your accreditation in one sitting. You can click save at any time and return to it later. Draft accreditations are found in the accreditations tab.

  1. Go to the Accreditations tab.

  2. Click New Accreditation.

  3. Select the client you want to provide services for, then the category of service.

  4. Click Next, then Next again. Answer all questions and upload the relevant documents.

  5. To complete, click Next, then Submit.


New enrolment

To create a new enrolment, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Enrolments tab.

  2. Click New Enrolment.

  3. Click the magnifying glass, then to select, click the green arrow.

  4. Click Next, then click the magnifying glass and select your provider location.

  5. Click Next and answer all questions and upload the required documents.

  6. Click Find more items and select the relevant checkboxes.

  7. Click Add, then click Done.

  8. Where applicable, fill in the bank details.

  9. Click Next, then click Submit.
