To amend a user’s access level, you will need to go to their user page and change their role name.
Adam uses a role-based access control system to determine what features and tabs users can access. Assigning the correct role to a user is essential for enabling access to the required features.
Roles control access to specific features such as packages, payments, CRM, and service records.
Follow these simple steps to change the access level of a user:
Click Admin, then click Users.
In the user list, click the magnifying glass next to the user you’d like to amend.
At the top of the page, click the user’s name.
Under the role name section, select the user access level.
To save, scroll to the top of the page and click Save.
🤓Tip: Supplier administrators have the highest access levels, whilst supplier users have the lowest.
