Once you’ve completed an E-Form, it’s automatically given a score and percentage. You can see these values in the E-Forms section and can navigate to this by following these simple steps:
Click SRM, then scroll to E-Form section.
You can check the scores to the right of the form line.
You can also view a summary of this scoring by clicking the reference number or magnifying glass. This shows a page with the total score, and a breakdown of the categories and sub-categories. You’ll also be shown a warning status, red, amber or green.
