To accept a requirement and make an offer, you first need to review the details on the Requirements page. You will receive an email notification when there’s a potential requirement for you to accept and place an offer on.

To view a requirement and make an offer, follow these simple steps:

  1. Locate the requirement via the email notification, or through the Requirements tab.

  2. Click the Pending Acceptance sub-category, then click the Requirement number.

  3. Review the details submitted to decide whether you would like to place an offer on it.

  4. Click Actions, then click Accept/Decline.

  5. To proceed through to placing an offer, ensure you have picked Accept – Make an Offer.

  6. Go through the process of answering the different questions and sections, ensuring you fill out all parts including pricing information.

  7. Once all the required fields are completed, click the Actions button and click Submit.

Your offer has been submitted and you'll now have to wait for the client to make a decision on your offer.
