If you’ve been successful with your offer, you will receive an email notification that a created service agreement is pending your acceptance.
Navigate to the agreement
You can open the service agreement directly from the link in the email, or you can can navigate to the service agreement by following these simple steps:
Click Service Agreements, then click Pending Acceptance.
Click the service agreement number.
Review all the details you included in your offer such as the start date, weekly schedule and rates. You then need to review the information shown on the service agreement, including the dates, rate information and other details.
Accept the agreement
When you’re happy with the details, and are are happy to provide the service, you can accept the service agreement by following these simple steps:
Click Actions, then click Accept.
On the next page, click Accept.
Unless pending approval from the client, the service agreement will show as active.
If you no longer wish to provide the service, select decline instead. This informs the client to find an alternative provider.
