Add or remove an approver

In this article we explain how an approver can be added or removed from a service agreement.

If you need to add or remove a user as an approver, please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support.

Attach to the conversation a spreadsheet containing the following information:

  • Agreement number.

  • Type of approval needed, e.g. change order approver, receipt approver, approver, adjustment receipt approver.

  • Include if the approver should be added or removed.

  • Add the sequence the approver needs to be.
